FUND4SE PTE LTD (“Fund4SE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website f4se.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit the Site or submit an inquiry through it.
This Policy is governed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its subsidiary regulations. To the extent that we process personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply; relevant GDPR provisions are noted where applicable.

FUND4SE PTE LTD holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence No. CMS100808 issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Securities and Futures Act [Cap. 289], authorising fund management in respect of portfolios of securities management on behalf of venture capital funds only.
This licence is disclosed for transparency regarding our regulated status and does not limit the privacy protections set out in this Policy.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or newsletter systems on this Site. We collect only the personal data necessary for the purposes described below.
When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up as necessary.
In addition, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data — including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps — as part of normal server operation. This data is used for site security, fraud prevention, and technical troubleshooting.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under the PDPA) and do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If this changes, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Purposes of Collection and Use
Under the PDPA, we collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and for which we have obtained consent or can rely on a prescribed exception.
Contact form inquiries are processed on the basis of your consent (PDPA s. 13) and, where applicable to EEA residents, consent or legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)(f). Server and security logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and integrity of the Site (PDPA s. 17; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., session security, cookie consent records). We do not set analytics, marketing, or third-party advertising cookies. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and your consent obtained before any non-essential cookie is set.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients:

6. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore
Our website is hosted via Wix.com, whose infrastructure may be located outside Singapore (including in the EU/EEA). When personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, in accordance with the obligations under the PDPA Third Schedule. For EEA data subjects, applicable GDPR transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply where required.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:

Contact form inquiries: up to 12 months from submission, or longer if required by an ongoing business relationship or applicable legal or regulatory obligation

Server logs: 90 days for security purposes, then automatically purged
8. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS encryption and access controls — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach likely to result in significant harm, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as required under the PDPA Notification of Data Breaches Regulations 2021.
